I have a ball python

she hasnt wanted to eat for 3 weeks now. Is this serious? What can I do? Do I need to take her to the vet?

3 weeks isnt serious, but try everyweek. what is the weight ? also if u have a scale just keep watch of the weight to make sure it doesnt go down. i had a female pastel that i bought back in may, that went 2.5month without eating. she lost 1g during the whole 2.5months which is fine. just make sure temps are good and water.

Ball pythons go off feed - it's not unusual for them to skip a week or two - or even several months especially during the winter months. That being said - unless it's a very small hatchling - I wouldn't worry much about it a few weeks.
