Digging digging digging

How old are female dragons when they start to lay infertile eggs? My 9 1/2 month old dragon Bailey has taken it to her mind to dig and change her diet lately. For the past few weeks it's been nothing but crickets. I have tried a variety of her favorite greens to no avail but once she sees a cricket she runs out and chases and eats them. She grows and poops like normal and today she is digging in her sand furiously.

Her poop seems normal, today it had a little bit of reddish-pink in with the urates but no blood in the stool (I patted it with a paper towel). She underwent treatments for pinworms and coccidia 2 months ago.

Other than no greens and digging she is normal. She lets me pick her up and hold her, loves to run around the living room and climb anything she can get her claws into. I did get her to take 2 bites of frozen spinach today (thawed and warm of course). I ran out of crickets so she's going to have to like it or lump it until the next delivery in a few days...or until I cave and drive out in the snow and buy some from the pet store.

Any thoughts are appreciated.

This picture is of her today in her sandbox.

Do you know her weight? How long is she?

I am more thinking in the direction of Bruamtion than gravid. Does she have any hides in her enclosure?

she has a turtle hut (the rounded 1/2 log) she can hide in but doesn't. She knows it's there she perches on it when hunting crickets and when she fell asleep on me while holding her i put her in it. She likes to lay under her bridge and under her branch and often will at night around 6:30 get under the double layer of paper towels under the bridge and branch and sleep there. In the morning she's awake and basking and ready for food. I took her out just now for an hour and she ran all over the living room and climbed things and finally tired herself out. She's been basking for 2 hours and now is in her sand again looking around. the tank is 6' long.

I don't know her size and weight but I can tell you she's getting a little fat w/ pudgy legs.

You should really buy a weight scale. It's the best tool for diagnosing reptiles. Anyway, I don't think I'd be too concerned right now. If she's eating then she is not looking to lay eggs. Plus, it's too early for her to lay them anyway. I don't think she'll want to lay eggs unless she brumates anyway. Maybe she's just a little stressed by all the stuff outside her enclosure?
