Can't believe a year has passed since last season!!!
And, I just got the hatchies from last year feeding on their own! Haha.
Maybe, I'll get lucky again.

Got some other pairs breeding but haven't caught them on the camera yet.
In time.....
Cheers.

They've been at it for a couple of weeks but this was the first time I caught them.

Just fantastic, Derek! Unreal looking examples... Best of luck with them!

Hey, quick question(s): Do you keep all your BHP on newspaper? Do you have hide boxes? Any subtrate in the hideboxes (aspen mulch, etc)?

Thanks-

Matt

I just use newspaper. For the hide, I use a 32 qt with a lid. I make the hole on the lid up top and they seem to love it.
I put newspaper in that, as well.
Note that, I have many friends who keep BHP's in aspen and they do great.
I don't think you'll go wrong with either.
Cheers and thanks for the comments.

Thanks, Derek!

Again, best of luck this season! Love all the pics. Hard to believe there are not more folks on this forum into BHP (maybe just lurking?). I've always been fascinated by them.
