Question about Womas

rudedogsurfrat Aug 24, 2003 11:29 PM

I have been interested in Womas for a couple of years now. I notice that they are going down in price.
Any idea how long they will stay as highly priced as they are?
What sized cages house an adult, and can you house them together?

I keep mine in 36" x 18" Visions. Seperately. You MIGHT be able to house them together, but I'd advise against it because of the feeding response. They'll strike at anything in the cage, the glass, etc. if hungry enough.
As for price, I expect it to go down steadliy as the years pass and more and more private breeders get their hands on them. They are worth the money, though. Awesome snakes!

I keep mine in 54" visions, and I think they're just barely big enough. If you can, go for 6 footers. Womas will be 6.5' plus as adults. Mine are going on 18 months and are already over 4'.
Should breed for me here this winter.

Definitely keep them separate.

regards,

Neil
