geckos not eating

my geckos are not eating. they've been in their enclosure for a week. please help.

i havent been around for a while so i dont know the background info but here it goes:

- if theyre new, give them time...the stress of moving to a new world often takes a week to wear off.

- check the environment...proper temps, substrate, plenty of hiding spots are a must. if the environment seems right, then don't stress too bad. healthy leos can manage a week fast easily.
