Is there a threat to the snakes health if you feed them refrozen pinkies (its been melted-though still cold-and then placed back in the freezer)?

If it's stayed cold, it should be fine. A friend of mine had a freezer stocked with meat break down- he called FDA, I think it was, and they told him to just keep it cold until he could get it to another freezer and it would be fine. This was meat intended for human consumption, so if it's good enough for us, it should be good enough for snakes.
