I'd say it taste somewhere between pork chops......... and bacon. It also has kind of a ham taste to it too.......LOL

This hog weighed 320 i didnt weigh him dressed out because the scale ended up breaking. Boar hog is something I don't really care to eat because the meat tends to be kind of rank. A boar hog releases testoterone and it goes through the whole body I was licky because this was a castrated hog which is probably why he was so fat and had such big teeth. The swamp buggy is a friend of mine while I did convert a jeep into one I ended up not being able to keep it because of code enforcement in my lame community.
