Got my MBK!

SDeFriez Dec 11, 2007 04:17 PM

She's awesome. Glossy black, no white spots and curled up in my hand as I'm am trying to type. Now that makes six MBK's. 2.4

lol.. I'm on my own with that one... my boyfriend will hold the snakes for me if I'm cleaning cages, but won't clean them for me... and my mom won't even step foot in the house if she doesn't have to cause there's snakes in there...

come to think of it, getting snakes was the best way I could think of to keep my family from botherin me all the time short of moving across the country...

Good call! That's one of things I loved about my snakes when I was a kid. They always kept my relatives out of my room.

same reason I got mice... kept my grandmother out of the house completely... I haven't bothered to tell her that I don't have the mice anymore...

bizkit421 Dec 11, 2007 07:37 PM

you've never met my grandmother...
the best thing I ever did was get mice so she wouldn't stop every Sunday morning to bother me and criticize my housekeeping, and my job, and my boyfriend, and my house... you get the point...

my mother is too much also. but my grandparents don't bother me. as for snakes or anything they don't stop my family but most of them are not interested in my snakes and do not like them but they don't freak out.
now on the other hand...my wife's step sister will not step into our house because she just had a baby (human baby) crazy huh? just because i one time took out a hatchling corn that i bred to show it to her baby and the mother freaked and washed her baby's hands and arms. wtf? lol. so that's why she dose not come anymore....isn't that too much?

bizkit421 Dec 11, 2007 07:47 PM

thats hilarious... I never quite understood the flippin out about a couple germs, but then again, I've probly ate my weight in dirt since I learned how to walk... I'm not very coordinated... I used to fall down a lot, now I just get thrown off my horse...

The snake was probably a lot cleaner than the baby!

Mice a girls best defence against a grandmother!

When I was a kid and my dad would take me snake hunting, sometimes my Aunt and cousins would come along. Even if I didn't catch anything, I would sit in the back seat and with a paper bag and crackle it like I had a snake. Never saw my Aunt and cousins bolt from the car so fast. Man those were fun times!

awesome... my albino cal and my brooksi aren't shy at all, makes it nice come dinner time... my b&w cal never used to be shy, but since he got bit by a mouse that wasn't stunned right, he'll only eat fuzzies, at night, when no ones home...
