He's here! Our sulfur lavender from Bluerosie arrived safe and sound! We don't have a name yet, and I haven't see him (my wife received him at work and emailed me this) so I don't know how accurate the colors in this picture are. But he's healthy and safe and we're very excited. Thanks Rainer!

He's gorgeous! I like the shot of him burrowing in the substrate. I think that's my favorite part of having such an active snake in a glass tank - you can see all aspects of their behavior!

Thanks Jenny! I thought that was cool too, after his travel trauma I really was glad to see him explore his tank and find shelter there, but I was even more glad when he seemed to still want to see what was going on in the room!

We went out tonight and got some fuzzies so you will probably be subjected to feeding pics tomorrow night...
