My leopard gecko which is around 4-5 months old has bright blue spots on it's underbelly, my larger leopard gecko has them too, but only slightly.
I'm not sure if I should be worried or anything, just making sure.
Any help is appreciated.

Size, location & shape of spots? Pretty likely you're just seeing their organs through their skin, especially if you see them more clearly when the geckos are backlit, but if you post a picture, we can verify that for you. One time when I had to take an albino to the vet, said vet said "I love these guys, you don't need X-rays to see what's inside them!"
