EddieF Dec 13, 2007 07:06 PM

Uh oh, new snake and a camera. You're all in trouble now. Stay tuned for upcoming installments: Dexter goes in his hide! Dexter takes a sip of water! and Dexter makes a poop!

That title should say Dexters first "snack".

Post a pic when you decide to give him a real meal.

Well you failed to tell me he was trained to eat AFS (ass first style).

(starting Sunday he'll be on the same schedule as the others, but I didn't want him to wait that long!)

called..."Dexter makes a poop"...won't be very substancial unless you feed Dexter three of those at a time!

Those little dudes metabolize food at a very fast rate, especially when young!

He actually was finicky with this one, played with it for quite a while before he finally committed to it. So, since I want to get him on schedule with the others (starting Sunday) I figured I'd leave him alone for the night.

He's cool, ain't he?!

we're in Lovettsville, near where VA, MD and WV all meet. I've seen the name Ashland before but can't think of where that is, what county are you in? We're in Loudoun.

Hanover County about 25 minutes north of Richmond on I95. I have a wc black rat snake from Loudon that I got from Dennis Desmond who has his Northern Virginia Reptile Rescue in Loudon County.
