You Texans (and out-of-state guys if you can find it) need to make sure you pick the new January issue of Texas Highways magazine. There is a really nice and well written article about the Stillwell Ranch and surrounding Black Gap entitled "Hallie's Country". It talks about the life of Hallie Stillwell and her love for the area that many of us love to visit. There are some really nice photos as well.
