i just moved to nc from ct and i can not get my snake room be low 68 any body help

Why do you need it 68 or below?

i would assume cooling? if you have any spare room that won't be used often you can crack a window open just a bit and shut it when needed. i done this once and worked fine for me. unless you have a basement too? you can keep snakes down there if it's not dampy and moldy.

Was just curious for brumation for breeding, too many snakes, etc?

68f is fine for most kings. The exception would be some of the montain kings which like it cooler.

isn't it important to cool males longer and cooler than females? i feel that it don't matter and we have our ways with our snakes. sorry for off subject.
