This is the overlooked side of the forums and should just be eliminated.....

Keith, the ground temp outside is around 55 degrees at this time of year. I assume you have a basement and the floor of the basement will be the coldest spot available w/o putting the snakes outside. Measure the temps on the bare slab if in doubt.
Put the cages directly on the bare concrete floor but monitor the temp thru the winter so you're not chilling them down to 45 or so.
You need 60 degrees fro N.A milks, 65 for the tropicals.
