BRB eye problem

Can anyone please help. To day I have noticed that one eye of my female BRB ( which I just got from someone who wanted to dispose opf her) is opaque. Five days ago, when I brought her, it had a small white spot, but now as you can see from the pics (although I have'nt managed to post them yet) it has covered her eye completely. I am sure that it is not a shed prob. anyone knows what the problem is? Is is curable? I cannot take to a vet since on the island the vets do not have experience with snakes. Can I do something myself? is is fatal? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thnx
