Hello Josh,

I tried t take contact by email but you didn't respond to that.
A. ricordi is rare in the herpetoculture, since Hispaniola, were the occure (indeed main part Haiti), has got an export ban of there flora and fauna (thought this was started in 1989). The have been introduced to Surinam but as far I know there haven't been much captured for our hobby.

Some info:

SVL 160 mm in males, 151 mm in females.
Dewlap present in both sexes. 4 ssp. known. Strictly arboreal. Occures on tree trunks of gallery forest in xeric habbitats. Food: everything that fits in their mouth like insects, small reptiles (like anoles and probably also juvenieles), perhaps also fruit.

Further questions please ask specific by emailing me. (YannHorstink@hotmail.com). I have some original paperwork laying here from Albert Schwarts (up to almost 50 pages of study).

BTW, to share your valuable animals, please look at the website of the Anolis Contact Group (http://come.to/anoliscontactgroup/).
Also, could you tell me were you obtained them?
