My breeding season has already begun and I have noticed many lock ups. Today however the temperatures in my snake room went up to 96 because someone left a heater on in there. Is my whole breeding season shot now????

One day isn't going to kill your chances. Just make sure the heat didn't harm your animals and you should be ok. They don't get perfect weather in the wild......or I should say in captivity. In the wild it's much less predictable, but perfect for them.
