I was at the Midwest Breeders Show in Indianapolis, IN yesterday and it was a very hot day out. I purchased 2 female red eyes to go along with the 2 males I already have. Well it was a drive back to Ft. Wayne(about 2 hours) and we had to stop to eat so we had a cooler and some ice(not a lot,... well we thought). I asked my friend to check on em about 1/2 way home but they were fine. Well when we got home we pulled them out and the one on the bottom looked dead! Was just lifeless and not moving at all. She was the only one because we had another and some poison dart frogs in there as well and they were all fine. So I watched her for about 30 seconds and I saw a twitch so I ran her inside and stuck the lil dish container she was in on top of a bowl with warm water in it, and dripped warm water off my hand onto her. Within 5 min she was back. Truly amazing. If you would have seen this thing, you would have thought she was surely dead. So fragile, but still surviving beign frozen! She is in herpartial home until I can introduce the ladies to the fellas and the two females are just doing great. Just thought I would share.
