What do YOU think of this set up?

I am looking for a way to house my ball pythons *4* and my cornsnakes *3*. Can one rack do it? What do you think of this rack?

I want to be able to see my babies, and I love how this one has more room in square inches than a 55 gallon tank. (891 vs 624) I am not as fond of how short it is, but it seems to be very nice really other than that. And my snakes don't climb much anyway I guess.
Is this good for my pythons? Does anyone here have one?
What do you think of them?
And can you keep the different compartments on different temps?

I don't think one rack will be fine for both cornsnakes and your ball pythons. You'll either have to keep the balls too cool to accomodate the cornsnakes (whose max temp range is 85), or keep the corns too hot to accomodate the balls (max temp is around 90).

Other than that I don't have any experience with specific racks, so I'll leave that up for someone else.

One controls the temps for the corns and the other controls the temps for the balls.

One rack can do that? I thought that the heating element would heat up the whole rack to the same temp.

No, each level is controlled by it's own heating element. They are independent of one another. So essentially, each level could have a different temperature gradient if one chose to do so. A herpstat would work perfect for this example as it can control more than one heat source.

If each level has it's own heating element, then the only thing I might suggest is to set up the Balls on the higher levels. Being that heat rises, if the corns are on the lower levels there won't be as much fluctuation. It sounds like a plan to me .
