turtle hybrids?

does anyone know of concerted efforts to produce hybrid turtles,like a res x map,or common snapper X giant mex musk?i'm looking for a truely unique turtle hybrid,if anyone knows of someone who's bred them.maybe something x spotted turtle?

Firstly, no, I don't know of any such animals being bred.

Secondly, animals have to be reasonably closely related to hybridize; Common Snapper X Mexican Giant Musk is about as likely as Rabbit X Deer. Red-eared Slider X Map, or Spotted X Wood, is more likely, but these animals have ample opportunity to hybridize in nature and don't. Even same-genus hybrids are uncommon, at least among the turtles I'm familiar with.

That's not to say it's impossible, though; maybe you could make the breakthrough and figure out how to induce two turtle species to mate and produce viable offspring.
