Depends a lot on her weight, girth, and amount of lean muscle mass. Can you provide any of that info? BCCs tend to mature more slowly than BCIs so keep that in mind too.
Possible, but not likely. Depending on how she was raised, and how she has developed, she might be ready. Most BCC females are going to breed after their 4th or 5th year.

I have to agree.
I have a pair of Suris that I adopted last October, and tried breeding them (they were both 3.5 years old going by what the old owner said, female 8.5 feet and good weight, male 7.5 feet). The previous owner had tried to breed them the year before that (2.5 years of age) and said that courting/copulation had occurred, but no babies.
When I tried breeding, there was some courting but again, no babies... however, they had moved from their previous owner to my house, and that may have thrown the female off.
Trying once more this year, now that the female is 4.5 years old, hopefully this will be the year. My results so far seem to show that the female wasn't fully mature in the past two attempts, we'll see if she goes this year.

Size is NOT an indicator of maturity in BCC. Age is the single best factor regarding the ability to reproduce. Most females mature between 4-6 years, and many of those are closer to the latter than the former.
A lot of "morph" guys stay away from BCC because of the time commitment. They prefer to see a return on their investment in 3 years (who wouldn't when to get in at the ground floor of a project, it costs between $5K and $25K??!!) and they can't get that with BCC. BCC also tend to deliver fewer babies, and for many (with the exception of Gus) are harder to reproduce consistently.
