Stupid question

ROC Dec 19, 2007 09:22 PM

I've never breed snakes before but got some balls and will be breeding them when they are ready. I'm a little thrown off by everyone talking about their pairs mating now. Is this the time of year balls are breed? I would think they'd be cooling right now. Thanks to anyone to helps point me in the right direction.

The cooling period triggers breeding. Most breeding occurs from october through march. Everyone has there own preference, Eggs have been laid in every month of the year! Google ball python breeding, Theres plenty of info available . There no such thing as a stupid question! Good luck!
