Yes, I keep my corn on aspen bedding. I like it because it is easy to spot clean and great for the snake to tunnel in. It also looks nice. I have heard concerns about ingestion of the aspen. I feed in a separate container, so the snake won't eat any aspen with the mouse.

I have for over a year. I do feedings of some live and some frozen on it with my Adults with no problem. I watched closely several times to see if there was a tendency to ingestion during eating and never saw any get injested with the food. It is easy to clean between replacements (aprox. every 4 months), relatively inexpensive (not counting news paper...) and tunnelable for the snakes....
I keep hatchlings/juvenilles on in too but for them, I feed in an empty, unfilled tank. The ingestion possibly is a more harmful for them if they get some with food, but they too like to tunnel through it....
