Babies and adults Question.

CHpitt Dec 20, 2007 09:38 PM

I have had my male adult crested for quite awhile now and was interested in getting another one. I was contemplating getting a baby and i was just curious if because of the docile(from what i have observed) nature if it would be ok to house a younger crested with my adult male.

NEVER put 2 geckos with more than a 3 gram size difference together. with the difference you're suggesting, the male would probably eat the baby. even if the geckos are too big to be eaten, they can be bullied and out-competed for food. also, unless you are breeding, you're never going to want to put another gecko in with your male. males will fight each other, even if they are docile with humans.
