That snake is really beautiful, how’s the temperament? Can you hold it like an Eastern King or is it mostly just a looker? Would you recommend them for a kid? Thanks, have a happy day off, or whatever you’re celebrating!

Hey buddy!,.........those dudes can sometimes be VERY spooky and nervous, but this one, and some others I have are absolute "sweethearts"!!, just as easy going as could be, and have been that way right from the beginning as small hatchlings!

I would have to say that I WOULDN'T recommend them as a first time captive for someone,...but there are definitely exceptions.

Some can be absolutey "bonkers", and others are unusually well mannered, but the general rule, especially hatchlings can be little "freaks"!.....however, most become pretty managable after they get some size, and some gentle handling.

take care buddy!, and have a great Holiday Season!

Happy Holidays to you too, Doug.
I wish I had saved the thread where we first realized we were from the same neighborhood and knew some of the same kids back in sixth grade. I remember something like “If you lived by the school and had the indigo- I’ve been in your room before!” was a classic. I’ve told people about that one.
I recently had a hard drive crash and have lost every web page I ever saved, every picture, every Word document I saved, etc. I have to have the data recovered or something. I would tell everybody- back up your files, burn discs, do whatever to save copies of your stuff!
Happy New Year too!

I'm sorry to hear about your PC crashing,....but on the brighter side, if it's brought to a computer store, for a small fee they can recover most, if not all your data with some recovery programs,.."Roxio" just to name one, and I'm sure there's a ton of others!.....don't worry too much, I think you can get it all back!

As to what you were saying before about WAAAAY back in 6th grade!,....that is too friggin' much!..LOL About the Indigo, and being in that very bedroom!,....what are the odds!?...I've told some people about that one myself!....One of the guys I told, remembers Paul Stone very well as a kid growing up there in Ft.Laud.!...His name is Alan Hamel,..and I see him pretty often,...he lives about 45 minutes from my house, and we bring up funny crap about the old neighborhood all the time!...As a matter of fact,....you won't believe this,....We took a ride through the old Lauderdale Manors "hood" to look at our childhood homes,.....and WOW!!!!,....we were both TOTALLY sickened by what we saw!,...I tell ya, it was "crack central", and all the homes/lawns were trashed!!!!,...most of the yards were nothing but dirt, with trash piles everywhere,..it was really disgusting!....I felt totally dis-heartened to see this happen to my old stomping grounds!......this is hard reality!.

anyway, it's always fun "kickin' it" with you!, we have some really fun stuff we can remember,.....and I'm sure we'll remember some other cool stuff that hasn't been taken out of our "file cabinets" in decades that we can laugh at too!

take care good buddy, and have a great holiday season!

Thanks!,....I'm glad you appreciate their awesome beauty as well!.......I've always loved hondurans, but it sometimes takes some patience.....This male and some of the other Hodurans I own/breed are really exceptionally calm, but many can be absolute freaks as far as being nervous, and flighty!

best regards,...... and have a great Holiday!
