Finally! 9 good eggs and 1 slug. The last couple of years has produced some weird events with my breedings. Stats on this female:

Last with a male 6/29/07
Eggs due: 11/15
Eggs laid: 12/21

Ok, the incubation period should be fun. This is a PH Pied so my fingers are crossed.

I have never had a female go this long past her due date. WOW!

Good to hear. Looks like you got enough eggs to pretty much know for sure if that poss het is actually a het of not.

Don't know how old she was, I picked her up as an adult. She was around 2400 grams before laying eggs. I didn't even think she was gravid at first. She ate like a pig and suddenly stopped. Then the "glow" and I though, "could it be?"

The next 55-60 days are going to be long.

if its a het to het hope it proves with a nice high white(s) pied.I have 1 het male that will be with 3 het females 2 produce some pieds.Hope the ball gods work their magic....Good luck

thus far have been an absolute nightmare.

No. With the holiday season and work, I could not find time. I really need to though. I fear I've lost another season for non-feeders.

frustrating as hell , those little vixens that take their sweet-assed time to deliver the goods.
at least you didn't get skunked !
