Best thermometer/incubatortemp/hatchrite

What thermometer do you trust for your incubator? I have four different thermometers that read four different temps. 1 temp gun and three other digital ones, two of which have a probe.Plus there's the reading from the Helix probe.(all different)
I found a glass thermometer from Brinsea, with a range of 80F to 105F for incubator use. I think I'll use it gauge the actual temp in the egg box.
Just wondering what others are using.
What temp do you incubate?

I'm really getting excited now, tonight I found my pastel male locked up with my bumblebee. My male spider has been breeding since the end of Oct. So I want to have my incubator ready to go.

While I'm posting .....What about some opinions on Hatchrite. I picked up a couple of bags, and I'm kinda reluctant to try it.

thanks for any help, Dave

I used an ACU-RITE indoor/outdoor thermometer with probe to measure the top and the bottom of the incubator -- the Helix probe was placed in the middle to control everything based on that temp. There wasn't much of a difference in temps (I used a 36" mini-fridge) -- the bottom was 88, the middle was 89, the top was 90. It stayed at these temps the whole time, only fluctuating if I opened the door for too long.

I used HatchRite with closed containers and it was fantastic. It doesn't dry out, and has the perfect amount of moisture -- just pour it in, place the eggs, put the lid on, and that's it. As the moisture evaporates from the heat, it collects on the lid and then runs back down the sides of the container back into the substrate. Pretty much like recycling, and it never dripped on the eggs or made them mold or get icky. They all did really well, and I plan to use it again.
