>>Hey Terry,
>> That is a sharp looking rootbeer. I like it. I always thought Miami would make a great mix with emoryis and meahllmorums.
>>I can't wait to see how it matures.
>>And yes, the rootbeer I posted is from the 50/50 meahllmorum x cinni and yes the little guy is het hypo.
>>The rootbeer (father) turned out to be het hypo AND het amel and the Cinni turned out to be het amel as well.
>>I kept two cinnamons, the rootbeer and a cream from the clutch and they all have very interesting heads, especially the rootbeer and the cream. I really think the cream is homo hypo as well as amel. Time will tell on that one.

Thanks, Jimmy.
I'm anxious to see how it matures also. Then I would like to pair a couple of them to see if they are het for hypo.
I'm glad I tried this mix of Miami X meahllmorum, because the traits are just about what I was looking for, which I'm very happy with. The Miamis tend to be kinda small corns and not very heavy. The meahllmorum tend to be pretty large and quite heavy. So, we get some balance with the crosses.
Jimmy, is the 50/50 rootbeer father the one I traded to you? If so, I knew he was het hypo, but had no idea he was het amel, because his mother was homo hypo, but didn't show the het amel trait she mush have had.
Congrats on some outstanding babies from that pairing, and the cream does look hypo now that you mentioned it. Wow, what are the odds that you would get a homo hypo and amel combo from that pairing, where the father was het hypo and both were het amel? Amazing!
The head patterns are very curious. All I can think is that some corns and Emory's have reduced head patterns, incomplete spearpoints, etc. The meahllmorum tend to be like that. Maybe that in combination with the mutations is affecting the pattern. Anyway, pretty cool stuff. It'll be interesting to see where that leads to.
Good luck in the future with these.
