Thermostats & remote temperature checks.

hyporainbowboas Dec 25, 2007 12:59 AM

I am looking to upgrade a few more thermostats.
I am looking at Johnson Controls, RANCO, and possibly Spyder Electronics.

I would love to hear what any of you have for experience with any of these products (or other products you think are worth looking into). Please feel free to direct me to other sites for additional information.

I am also looking for a better temperature “alarm system”…. Like one that will call me, e-mail me and/or text me if the temperatures get out of a set range or if the power goes off. (Even better would be where I can check the temps online or call to see what temperatures the different probes are at).

I am looking into a few products, BUT would love to hear what you guys (and Gals) have to say.

It will be my NEW YEARS gift to myself, and I want the best out there.
Thanks for any input…
