What kind of feeder food should be the main protein source for an adult BD?

If I had to pick one as the "main" protien source then it would be either Roaches, Crickets, or Superworms. Caterpillars have too much moisture to be a great "main" source. Just remember that variety in a dragons diet is very important and that only one insect will not supply all of the vitamins and minerals needed.

I feed Silkworms, Hornworms, Blaptica Dubia Roaches, Crickets and Superworms.
