Some milksnakes can have incomplete, or obliterated rings for a number of reasons,.....and although it might not be the most glamorous example I've ever seen,.....it is indeed a Pueblan Milksnake(Lampropeltis triangulum campbelli) that does NOT seem to be crossed with anything, or hybridized whatsoever. The identification is certain,...this you can take to "the bank"!
If you took the snake to the "Meuseum of Natural History", and it was studied by the best taxonomist, he/she would tell you the exact same thing. The previous poster(Shannon) and I have seen and worked with many different subspecies of milksnake for several decades.
