Matters of the Heart

APLAXAR Dec 28, 2007 10:32 AM

When it comes to Thayeri, were do your hearts go, to the more natural/wild looks or the nice high color saturation? I know what some of you will respond with, but i was curious as a whole forum, what do you tend to buy/collect when it comes to these guys

personally my collection leans more toward the Natural/wild, but dont get me wrong, i have a some blazing colors too. Just curious

When it comes to matters of the heart I love the natural wild type animals, msp and buckskins being my favorite.
Now I do collect some of the bright orange and yellows, they just don't dominate my collection like the wild type's do.
If I had to choose one that stands out of the line bred animals it would be the abberants and the whites, I like them both too.

I too prefer milksnake phase if you are dealing with common looking thayeri, but I think the line bred whites and yellows are tough to beat.

It was originally the warm oranges and yellows that attracted me to thayeri, and I still admire animals with striking colors and nice patterns (leonis and msp). However, the wild types with nice earth tones are growing on me, as are some of the greenish individuals I have seen.
