The lady at the pet store who sold me my snow leo gecko...gave me everything she said he needed. Well, I'm wondering a few things. It must be a 10 gal. tank...she has it set up so it's on it's side..standing the long way up. Is it better this way, or would it be better to have it sitting down right. Seems it would be more room the other way. I've read several ways a cage should be. Then, she put this huge stump looking thing..I can't get a pic of it right now...it has several holes in the bottom of what would be roots. My little guy likes to crawl up inside of it. Well, that leaves me no room for a humid house thing. Should I take that out, and put 2 smaller hide outs..one plain, and one humid?? I know they're stupid questions..but, I want whats best for my little guy. Plus, I don't know how young he is...but, they had him with just paper towel, and when she gave him to me...she put something else in the bottom. (Like potting soil..or that kind of consistency) Well, today..I put a piece of wet papertowel in the back corner, and scrunched it up...like a upside down cave...and I found him in it tonight. Should I clean out the other stuff she had in there, and go back to paper towel?? I'm thinking yes. Oh bear with me..I'm so new to this. Thanks so much!!!
