here on the rainbow forum a healthy, productive and prosperous new year. May all your clutches be full of nice healthy babies!!!!

2007 was a great year for the rainbow forum, many new friends, many old friends checking in from time to time and many regulars. Lots of great info shared, innumerable questions answered and yeah, some quite often but then again, better to answer and have healthy babies out there than the alternative. Kept the "drama" and/or bickering to a bare minimum, I really like how most will respect an opinion even if not agreeing with it!! And not to mention all the tons of pics, both on and off topic!! All of this adding up to make this the forum for all others to aspire to. Let's all keep up the good work in 2008.

Thanks,

Best wishes to you and everyone else as well! I probably won't produce any babies this year (it's kind of hard to when you only have one snake, and it's a male), but hopefully I'll be able to actually show some RB pics in 2008. If not, you know I'm good for a bunch of off-topic posts.

Anyway, Happy New Year, and good luck with all of your projects.

Thanks,
Ed

Thanks Dave, and right back at ya!

I completely agree that this has been a great year for the forum. This is by far the friendliest and most fun of the forums I have visited. I love that we can share off-topic pictures and stories and everyone is chipper about it. It's also great that this forum is so willing to share information to anyone who asks, even if it's been asked a thousand times.

I know I'm pretty much repeating what you said, Dave, but it is so true!!!

By the way, how many litters/clutches of what snake is everyone hoping for in 2008?

Here's my list of hopefuls:

2 litters of BRBs
3 clutches of Thayeri Kings
1 clutch of California Kings
1 clutch of Nelson's Milks
4 clutches of Pueblan Milks

Not a whole lot compared to the "big breeders" but if it all works out it will be more than I have ever produced!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!

Ditto,
Ditto,
Ditto,

and be SAFE.

Also dont be fooled by large females, Leave your males in longer than you think they need to be there. There is No Harm in pairing breeders up too long; ...only too short.

Best wishes to all, and good luck Aubrey.

family Dave. This past year has been awesome as I have expanded my knowledge five fold and I hope I can do it again this year. It's always nice to have a peaceful forum and the off-topic pics are welcome as always. Happy New Year everybody

Man, at that rate, Bob, in 3 or 4 years you'll be winning a Nobel prize in several different categories!

Happy New Year, good luck with your projects.

Keep up the good work everyone. I hope all of you have a safe, happy beginning to 2008. ....this is still my favorite forum. Never has there been a time that I needed help and no one replied. Only once have I had my precious delicate female feelings hurt and those are great odds after 5 years or so. (They get hurt nearly daily at the Clinic.) Thanks to all of you for your helpful and fast responses. May you find a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.
