Under the Christmas tree!

RayT3 Jan 01, 2008 01:28 PM

My children got me my first Milksnake for Christmas! A Pueblan. I have a Florida Kingsnake, but this is my first Milksnake.

Very nice. Other than being musked almost every time I pick them up, I really enjoy the pueblans. Here is a hypo (although he doesn't look very light in this shot) I picked up this year.

That's a beauty!

Yes, I have certainly noticed the temperment is different thank my Florida King. I am getting musked very time, but that's ok. The beauty is worth it!

Congrats!!, I hope you find them as rewarding as many of us have.

ps,......one of the "rewards" can often be some musky poop slung on you when they're hatchlings, but they get much better after a little time goes by!..LOL

I've found out about musking! My Florida has never musked, not even when I first got him. This guy musks almost every time. Oh well, he's still great!

Their beauty can sometimes come at a small price,...but it's worth it in my opinion!..LOL
