Thanks for the response. I'm careful where I put the greens and the water source so that the pellets don't get wet.
The times I had crix die like the way yours died were when I had some soap residue in the container, and when I kept the crix in the garage. It was either too humid or too hot for them.

I must have lost 2 thousnad. Got no idea why. Same as I always keep them. Just seems like they all gravitated to the corners and died. I always house them in a glass enclosure with no substrate and open top. Somehow I don't know how but it seems like the moister killed them. I was thinking about maybe substate to stop this. I'm stumped same food, same hide setup, clean, yet most of my order died in two days. Really annoying when you have so many mouths to feed.
