I happened on this guy chasing a small frog near our tank on the property. It was 57 degrees at 11:00AM and don't you think this guy would be down for the count? Also about 2 weeks ago when we had the warm weather, I also found a bull snake, patch nose and diamond back water snake of some kind---don't Texas snakes hibernate. My good friend was driving down some dirt roads in McMullen County and saw on 4 different occasions full grow rattlers crossing the road? Hello it's winter and cold what's going on with these guys??? Cheers!
