clear bubbles?

So a few months ago I took my retic in because I thought he had RI. Needless to say he had a small case of it from what the vet said. I gave him about 3 weeks of shots. He ate. I stop the shots, and he stopped eating. He is more active then what he was when I took him in first. He is moving around the cage all the time. I know notice he has bubbles going again. Like he has rabies or spit. Could this still be the RI that never went away, or somthing like mouth rot?

That's a bad RI infection, I'd get that thing to a vet.
