Great picture! My daughter wants to print it. How does your RES respond to coming back inside after being out all summer?

Yea great picture! I remember puting my male 7 inch RES on the grass, he looked about twice as big then when he's in the tank lol. Our turtles look really alike although mines male (really longer nails).. same colors and shell formation

I don't have a digital camera but if I did I'd take one of him in his superman pose.. I swear he becomes like 15 inches long with his head and feet out, it's so cool. I also like when he basks and puts his hands on his feet lol

Yes they are awesome but i think people don't keep them for long because they get too big. That's sad! Mine is getting bigger and i will need a pond to keep her!!

Nope I don't have any females!

I wish I did but I got them when they were babies and I had no idea if they were male or female. I got both males and like I said their adults and one's about 7 inches maybe larger I just estimated it since I like to let them be

I never really thought about turtles mating especially since I have two males and them having babies is impossible! I live in California if your interested but it's up to you because I only have male turtles and I really am not looking for more babie turtles so it would be mostly up to you!

Well, i think she was happy to be back inside, it was kind of cold those last days. She was also very happy because she can have more interactions with people when she's inside, and she really enjoy!

It's good to know she likes to be inside and to interact with people. Sometimes I think my turtles like us, but then I think they probably just want food! How long have you had her?
