New Pics of My 07 Red Southern Hognose

FL_Herps Jan 03, 2008 11:14 AM

Here are some new pics I have taken of my CBB 07 Male Red Southern Hognose (produced by Tom Pinson...thanks again for this awesome guy!).
(I just love taking pictures of this little beautie, but it it so hard to capture his true colors in a photo.)

For these first couple pics, I found out that hogs can climb!

(I think though it is because he is a baby and just trying things out...because shortly after I took the photos, he fell down. I then removed the stick to ensure he doesn't hurt himself.)

One of him on the scale, followed by a pic I really like of him poking his head out of the Sani-Chips (with a couple still on his head (lol)).

Some of the better close-ups I got.

I love this last one...

And finally...a pic of his setup, followed by a body shot at the very bottom of the post.

Hope you enjoyed them all!

Great pics. Now that Southerns are more available as captive bred, I might just have to break down and get one!

If you ever want to know what camera was used for a particular photo, simply download it, right click on it and go to properties, click on the Summary tab, and click the Advanced button. Here's his info...

Nikon E8700

It'll even tell you the aperture and shutter speed, and other scary things like when it was taken... 12/6/07 at 6:02PM!
