About three weeks ago when I was moving my adults around for breeding arrangements I ended up finding an old glass terrarium in my garage and decided to move Zeek and Isis into my room to have them out more. They have a pretty sweet setup even if the cage isn't as big as I would like them to have. They have a big moss box to share, a nice waterbowl (not the thin dollar store tupperware kind they had in their containers), as well as some fake foliage (I kill plants) and natural soil as their substrate (its made without all the nasty perlite and chemicals).
Anyway to make a long story short I walked in my room the other day to check them out and they are doing the WEIRDEST thing! They both have their heads rested on the edge of the waterbowl! There was plenty of water for them I dont like to keep it completely full because I just end up changing it every other day and they never run out. So there was no apparent reason for them to be sitting like that. The only thing I can think of is that they wanted to have a race to the bottom of the bowl or they did it to freak me out. Knowing my snakes they are plotting my demise and are doing the latter.
So here's the picture!

Definitely plotting your demise, you should get rid of them quickly before they have a chance to implement their plan.

Cute pic!!

And I bet that you are in on it with them! I bet you're just waiting for me to say "My evil snakes must go!" To nonchalantly say, "well, I don't have much room, but I'll deal with the inconvenience and take them off your hands."

Isn't it lovely that I can post all these cute pictures again? I love my new laptop.
