Derek,

We first produced the Sunburst Pastel's in `06. We produced 1.3 sunburst that year and 0.1 now resides in NERD's collection. We still have the other 1.2. This past season we bred the same parents and produced a 1.1 Sunburst and 0.1 that shows most of the characteristics but missing one so we are calling her a possible until we do further breeding with her. The 1.0 from `07 did not make it but the others are all doing awesome.

The Pastel sire is an Ian Gniazdowski line Pastel that was also 66% possible het orange ghost but the mother is the new mutation which we are now calling "cosmics" . We produced 3.0 of the "cosmics" in `06 and 1.1 of the "cosmics" in `07. We will be breeding the 06 male sunburst to the mother this coming season to further prove the mutation. Who knows what super might come from the new morph. We are very excited about this project and what is to come from it in the near future. We will be releasing more information on the new morph after this coming breeding season. We had toyed with releasing one of the male new morphs or the 07 female Sunburst for sale but still are not sure if we should hold onto them until after next season to protect the project. If you have any further questions on this project please let me know and I will answer them. thanks.

We were hoping the females would go this season but they are both stuck at about 800 grams. The male is about 600 grams now so he should go no problem.

The top snake in the last pic is REALLY nice looking, not only color but pattern. I really like the look, and the faded black is sweet. Looks like Grazini line animals on the "juice." Very nice! ..."stuck on 800 grams..." I feel your pain!

Thanks. I know everyone always says it but the pics suck and do no justice what so ever to the animals. The animal on the top in the second pic is the same animal that is on the right in the top pic. That actually is my least favorite of the 2 females. She does have some awesome pattern and blushing but the other female has so much more (but it does not show in the pics). I need to break down and finally purchase my SLR and quit complaining about the pics These have to be seen in person to truly appreciate.

I got the Pentax K10D, it is a great camera. I just need massive help on staging and lighting!

I like how this pic, as bad as the lighing is, shows the different colors and shades of the Cinn. I suck at taking pics, but trying to learn, the freakin camera manual needs Cliff notes!

Hey Rob

Thanks for the reply.

They look awesome.

The reason I asked is because it look similar to something i produced this year , just without the pastel gene.

Awesome man i appreciate the in depth response.
