Rats vs Mice , Remix Version.

HerpZillA Jan 04, 2008 11:09 PM

Upon looking at the article on rodent pro, I was about to change a lot of my views. But help me out here, it has an adult mouse at 10>g. I thought hat was 10 grams. But that is hardly a BIG mouse, and cerainly not a jumbo.

I am a bit surprized the 2 week out range in rodetns is not fattier. But anyone that has bred rodents knows that 2-3 week range a lot. A low little count and a good mom rat can make some portly 18 day old rat pups.

Anyone else fine the ranges of weights incomplete?

I dont breed mice but I did notice that the adult mice are small for adults. I was hoping I'd find something bigger since I have a corn that only eats mice, but they dont have anything. Not to mention it took them 2 weeks to get the small adults to me.

calcium and a few other items listed. And sizes were odd?

But I was surprized on fat for 1 day to 2 week old. I do feel a bit better about feeding pinkies to a lot of things. But they do seem to be a feed to put on weigh. I presume fast weight gain would be most fat.

I wish a someone or a university would put out a nice complete nutrition list.
