candy clown kingsnake

excuse me for my ignorance but it is tough staying up with all the new morph and fancy names that they tote. I am wondering if anyone can tell me what a candy clown kingsnake is. I do not know if it is a hybrid or not. Just looking at the name and a picture of the snake I assumed that it was a hybrid between a milk and maybe a banded cal king. Of course you know what happens when you assume. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
