Leo Weight

I've just been curious, where do you all find the gram scales for your leos? I've looked everywhere and can't find them.

The only way I can get a weight on my girl is if I take her to work with me. (which is a vet luckily) On the other hand I walk to work and living Massachusetts where it hit 9 degrees last week, it just isn't safe to take her.

Depends on how sensitive you want your scale to be. Amazon sells many expensive scales for accurate measurement, but if you just care about gram to gram look for a baker's scale at your local discount/ big box store. Read the labels and you will find one or two that are accurate to the gram. We found several for under $25, at least that's what ours cost around here. Look for one with a nice big flat weighing surface so you can place a hold box on top of it and a digital display. Don't get the attached bowl type or the analog obviously.

Just a simple idea for a gram to gram comparison.

You can also check on e-bay. I purchased mine there for about $10.00.
