You folks see the ad of what "appears to be some sort of hypomeanistic"? I haven't looked at the ads in a while.....still interesting as always. I would be ashamed to advertise that.

Yeah, I saw that one and laughed. The one looks to be a light orange but the other is DARK. How do you see hypo in those? LOL.

I saw one a few months ago (not sure if it was from the same guy) who was advertising a yellow wild-caught BRB as a Hypo. I wasn't sure at first, but when comparing it to known Hypos it was obvious.

I, too, would be ashamed to advertise them as Hypos.

Linda,
A week or so ago a BRB was listed as something like "Not sure what this is" but that "morph breeders need this" or some such thing. IMO an ugly BRB for over a grand (can't remember the exact price but it was criminal). Your right, shameful.

It was a very nice snake indeed but a yellow phase normal for about $1750 and he might be worth $5-800 to someone for some anery outcrossing though

I didn't see that ad however did they mis label a HET? Female hets go for a nice chunk of change.

Yes they do cost a chunck of change. Right now there is an ad for a male import for $750 and they it appears to be hypomelanistic much like one they get a few years ago, I mean come on that thing is brown

Here's the link. Doesn't sound like they are confusing
it with a het.

Thanks for the link, yeah they mention nothing about a het and clearly say its a hypo. I sent them an email to clear this up...

No problem, I wonder what his/her response will be! Pretty sad ad, imo.

Thanks,
Ed
