BCC or BCI or cross?

My guess is Peru x Colombian cross (looks a lot like a so-called suri in the ads
)

that is actually exactly where it came from and when I told the guy it looked nothing like it he told me I was misinformed and that if I did my own research I would find that he is right in it being "100% suriname" as he stated. I told him too that a pure suri wont sell for barely $100 and this is the full email response he gave me
Apparently, no one on Kingsnake has ever seen a wholesale pricelist before. Personally, I would never EVER pay more than 100 Bucks for a suriname, when I can buy imported adults for that price. First of all, the animal IS an import. This is a classic wild type suriname. Hell, I've even had people shoot me pictures of animals with perfect bat wing patterns produced by YEARS of selective breedings telling me "THIS is a suriname!" to which I respond "Run a search on Kingsnake, and compare all the surinames for sale". After you've looked, and compared photos, tell me again the animal is not a suriname
- I'll gladly run a search and show you all the links of suris for sale that look JUST LIKE the one I have available. The low price I am asking is simply because I am not greedy. I bought the animal on auction, and paid well below what it is worth (which to me is little more than 100$- again, that's what I purchase WC suris for). So thanks for the note, but if you'll actually pay attention you'll realize I'm right.
this is just my way of doing the research he told me to do.

.
It is NOT a Suriname. I don't see any BCC in there.
That said, you asked "What locale?" which is IMPOSSIBLE to know based on what it looks like.
You can ID what type it is most like, but that is it.
You can give it a subspecies ID, but again that only goes so far as BCC X BCI crosses are all too common.

That guy sounds like he's fulla BS! I've never seen a suri like this and rarely see any for sale that cheap from a wholesaler, unless you buy a bunch and they really need the space maybe... but not likely! Even WC are usually over a $100 and not including shipping... I would call that a cross.
Sorry for your misfortune, sounds like it doesn't matter what you (or we) say... the guy won't likely fix the error or admit to it. More likely he will continue to make you look like a fool, which I do not believe you are.
Good luck.

a Suriname or even a Bcc. I've seen literaly tens of thousands[no exageration]of Surinames and thats NOT one. I also have, do, know may others that wholesale Surinames and the cheapest are usually $115-125 ea. in quantity buys. I don't know who sent you that e-mail or is trying to sell you that snake but its pure B.S. TOM CRUTCHFIELD
Let me jump on the band wagon here. I love it when people post crap like that. It's great reference material that screams -- "Stay away. Don't buy from this guy". It's just like he's airing his resume for all to see. A resume that frankly does not impress. You know what they say -- There's a sucker born every minute.

Looks like a cross to me. The saddle count is reduced, but the
tail looks pure BCI. No pretty reds or creams. The pattern looks
Peruvian as someone above mentioned...
It COULD be a cross from a boa ranch. In which case it could be
imported, but why buy an import when you can get a much better
looking animal that is captive born and bred for about the same
price?
Based on that guy's tone I would never deal with him again if I
were you...
Doesnt look like a suri. Looks like maybe a cross.
