species id and sex help

hi,i have already a pair of morrocans,but was given this uro from some one who was not happy with him/her?,i think its a occelata ?
any one confirm this and any idea of its sex ? as i like to pair it up once its settled and put on some weight
i would appriceate it if you dont guess ,im only interested in people who know what they are talking about.sorry if that seems harsh!

female U. ocellata ocellata usually called Sudan or dwarf Sudanese uromastyx. (I'm guessing somewhat on the sex, basing it on the coloration underneath, but I'm 90% sure it's female. a photo of the cloacal/rear legs area would help confirm it)

shes very shy and hides away a lot,is this normal for this species ? she isnt so outgoing as my morocans.

I hate to to pretend I can judge her health from the photos but if you want me to be guess wrecklessly she might be a smidge underweight. The loose skin I see could just be a result of the body postion or the light angle along the backbone area could be deceptive. I think I see some spots of stuck skin here and there?
Wild-caught Sudans are on average more nervous than avearge malis or especially ornates but there are plenty of exceptions both ways.
