I purchased this female Mali Uromastyx this past weekend. She was in a tank with about a dozen or so other Malis, but she caught my eye as being somewhat different. Once home I noticed that the scales along the ear openings appear to be more spiky on her than on any of the other Malis in my collection. Is this anything anyone has seen before on Malis? She also does not have much of a pattern on her back.

The best I can tell from the photos the uromastyx you have is geryi, the Saharan uro.
