Im getting concerned

JoshMolone Jan 09, 2008 08:09 PM

My female bred about 4-5 weeks ago and im not seeing very many signs. Should I be worried? She never had a pre-lay shed.
She's been very grumpy lately and is restless. Is that typical?
Thanks for any help.

I can mabey see some bulging in the mid-body but not enough to convince me she is gravid.
She locked up twice withing 3 days for about 6 hours each time.

As I told you last week when you asked - she won't likely ovulate until spring - you have a few MONTHS left - keep pairing them up!

josh,
patience is not the strong suit of most teen aged boys, i should know, used to be one.
one thing i've learned in the long time since then is that nature doesn't give a flying blue rat's ass what your feelings are about any freakin' thing. she's gonna do, what she's gonna do. all you can do is watch. spend the time getting prepared.
your day will come grasshopper... your day will come.
